If you haven't received your tracking details, it may be due to the order seeing a delay where it has yet to ship out. The other option could be an error in the email address entered upon checkout. To ensure the email is correct, please check to see if you received your order confirmation email which was sent out as soon as your order was placed.

If you received your confirmation email, but still have yet to see your email informing you that your order has shipped along with your tracking number, your order most likely has not yet shipped. Orders only process and ship out on weekdays. Any order placed after 9am on Friday may not ship out until the following Monday.
