Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we currently ship to over 130 countries worldwide. You can select your country of residence in the dropdown menu at the top of our website by clicking on the flag icon.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping for domestic orders only. You can select faster shipping methods during the checkout process. Please note that orders can take up to 1 business day to process, and orders will not process on Saturday or Sunday.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping for all orders over $43. Any orders under this will have to pay for standard shipping, $4.95.We do not yet have a free international shipping threshold.

What carrier do you use?

For standard shipping, DHL will handle your order and hand it off to USPS for final delivery. With expedited shipping, orders are shipped and delivered by FedEx. Please note that expedited orders will NOT ship to PO Boxes. International orders are sh

When will my order ship?

In most cases orders will be shipped out within 1 -2 business days after placed. Please note that orders are processed and shipped out on weekdays only.

Will the product lose efficacy due to shipping in extreme temperatures?

No, shipping product in extreme heat or cold temperatures will not affect the efficacy of our products.

What happens if my product breaks/leaks during transit?

No worries! Damages can happen during transit. If your product arrives at all damaged, please reach out to [email protected] with a photo of the damage and we'll arrange a replacement.

What if I haven't received my tracking details?

How long does it take for orders to arrive?

Orders can take up to 7 business days to arrive depending on location. Most times, orders will arrive sooner than the 7 business days. If this timeframe has passed and your order has still not arrived, we encourage you to contact us for further assis
