What should I do if my order is delayed or seems lost?Updated 4 months ago
In the event that your order is delayed or seems lost, there might be a few reasons for this, such as delays in the DHL and/or USPS system.
It is possible that your order is still within the delivery timeframe (5-7 business days in the US). We kindly ask you to wait for the 7 business days before reaching out.
It is also important to note, that USPS does final delivery and often times will mark an order as delivered 1-2 days before the order is actually delivered. If the order has not arrived by then, we are happy to look into this and reship your order to ensure you receive it.
